Instructions for Speakers

Registration and abstract submission

All speakers are kindly requested to register and submit their abstract no later than July 31, 2025.

Presentation time

Regular presentations:8 minutes + 2 minutes for discussion
Invited lectures15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion

Presentation preparation

OrientationLandscape

Presentation upload and delivery

  • Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive or external disk and hand it over to the technician before the start of your session, preferably before the start of the congress.
  • If your presentation includes videos, we kindly ask you to deliver it before the beginning of the congress,
    or send it in advance to: vendula.zikova@mppromotion.cz so we can test compatibility with our system.
